NELIGH — The Wolfpack golf team bested seven other schools Monday afternoon at the Antelope Country Club.
Playing a nine-hole tournament late in the afternoon, the Wolfpack won with a team score of 174, seven strokes better than Neligh-Oakdale. Other team scores were Boone Central/Newman Grove 189, Spalding Academy 213, Orchard/Clearwater 213, Boone Central/Newman Grove JV 214, Neligh/Oakdale JV 242 and Orchard/Clearwater JV 268.
Wolfpack junior Miles Schrage was medalist as he shot a nine-hole score of 40. Taking second was teammate Liam Heithoff with a 42. Senior Kalin Henn finished seventh with a 45. Other Wolfpack scores were Hunter Reestman 47 and Chad Bode 48.
Garret Allemang led Neligh/Oakdale with a 43. Boone Central/Newman Grove was led by Joel Meyer who also shot an 83.
