CARD OF THANKS:

The Petersburg Legion and Auxiliary would like to extend a huge “Thank You” to all that supported our Friday Fish Frys. Happy Easter!

I would like to thank all my friends and relatives for the cards, visits, flowers and gifts while I was in the hospital in Lincoln and Tilden. Thanks to Pastor Kuhfal and Vicar Schupe for all the visits and prayers and to the Ladies Aid for the food they brought to the house. A SPECIAL thanks to my family for all the support they gave me.

Mary Jo Nelson

The Alex & Joyce Thramer family would like to offer our sincere thanks to all family, friends, and communities  for the many expressions of sympathy and acts of kindness received on our sudden and devastating loss of Bev. A special thank you to Fr Kramper for his spiritual support,  the prayer  services, and  the Mass celebrating Bev’s life.  We would also like to thank Doug, Mark, Doris Ann, and Tom & Rita for the beautiful music; Pollock Redi-Mix for “paving the way” to the cemetery;  the Christian Mothers for providing the lunch following the services;  and  Jay & Tina Snider  for their assistance and understanding.  The kindness and compassion shown by everyone was truly appreciated and will never be forgotten. God’s blessing and Aloha,

Bev Thramer’s Family

Why did Bev have to go?
So young we just don’t know why
Things happen half the time
Without reason without rhyme
Lovely, sweet young woman
Daughter, sister like no other
Makes no sense to us
Loved ones she left behind
Just trying to survive
And understand the why
Feeling so lost inside
Anger shot straight at God
Then asking for His love
Empty with disbelief
It’s hard to say goodbye
Her picture in our minds
They’ll always be of times we’ll cherish
And we won’t cry ‘cause
She flew up to Heaven on the wings of angels
By the clouds and stars and passed where no one sees
And she walks with Jesus and her loved ones waiting
And we know she’s smiling saying
Don’t worry ‘bout me
