CARD  OF THANKS

A special thanks to those who remembered us this Christmas. God Bless!     Brent & Susan Kallhoff & family

We want to thank our family and everyone else for the cards we received at Golden Living Center and at home. Also for all the goodies brought to the house. It helped make Christmas a little brighter. We are happy to live in such a caring community and hope everyone has a happy new year!

I would like to thank these very special people for helping me get into my new apartment: Joy Ross, for encouraging me to apply, Connie Nelson, Connie Dvorak, Joyce Sullivan, Brian & Dodie Mack, Sharon Wilkinson, Don & Donna Mackel, Fred & Sherry Vidmar, Edie Finkral, Chris Richardson, and mostly Lenny Vaisvilas for being so kind & patient with me.

Debbie Brockman

Thank you to everyone who purchased Elgin’s latest cookbook.  We are happy to announce that less than a dozen of our first shipment of  550 cookbooks remain to be sold.  Another order will be placed after the first of the year and we will let you know when they arrive (most likely, in March).  Thank you also to Elgin Pharmacy and Gifts, The Elgin Review and Total Image Salon and Spa for having the books available at their businesses, to Elizabeth Freese, Bessie Hawks, Phyllis Kinney, and Lois Sprout for being featured on the cover, and to the club members and other ladies in the community who proof-read for us.
