Meghan Ann Thiele and James Joseph Watson of Omaha will exchange vows in a August 22, 2009, ceremony at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Elgin.
Parents of the couple are John and Patty Thiele of Clearwater and Diane Watson and Mike Watson of Sidney.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Pope John XXIII High School in Elgin and a 2005 graduate of Southeast Community College in Lincoln with a degree in dental assisting. She is currently attending Iowa Western Community College to continue her education in dental hygiene.
Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Sidney High School is a 2005 graduate of UNL with a bachelors of science in finance. He is employed at Conagra Foods in Omaha as a financial analyst.
Grandparents of the couple are Peggy Schmitt of Elgin, Vincent Thiele of Clearwater and Ray and Darlene Josten of Sidney.
