Supervisors to Review Courtroom Security

Is the court room at the Antelope County Courthouse safe?
Judy Cole, clerk of the district court, shared the concerns of District Judge James Kube last week to the Antelope County Board of Supervisors.
At the Dec. 4 meeting, the supervisors heard from Cole Kube’s concerns on the inability to lock doors leading to the courtroom, others doors don’t close property.
In a letter to the supervisors, Kube said the replacing of doors and the installation of a secure locking mechanisms would “improve and increase” courtroom security.
