Antelope County residents will be subjected to a new building and windbreak tree regulation following action taken last week by the Antelope County Board of Supervisors. The board took the action at a special meeting on Tuesday, March 17. On a four-to-three vote (voting ‘no’ were Jerald Schwager, Harlan Brandt and Eddie Schindler), the new regulation directly impacts the erection, construction or alteration of buildings and grain bins as well as the planting of trees.
