Meeting last week, the Antelope County Board of Supervisors approved two conditional use permits.
During their regular meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 12, supervisors approved two conditional use permits.
They were:
• A permit submitted by Kim Allemang for the construction of a waste control facility to be located on the SE 1/4 and E1/2SW1/4 of Section 14, Frenchtown Township.
• A permit submitted by Mark Smith for the construction of a grain bin located on the N1/2NW1/4 of Section 3, Neligh Township.
Regarding another conditional use permit, Ted Adams met with the supervisors regarding a late fee charge for a conditional use permit after construction has begun. No action was taken on the matter.
