Forced to foul, the Wolfpack put Linzie Van Horn on the line. The Tiger sophomore missed both free throws, giving the Wolfpack one last chance to tie. The Wolfpack got the ball into the hands of senior Stephanie Bode who was fouled with three seconds left. Both free throws missed the mark, the second one deliberately with hopes of getting a rebound and a put-back before the buzzer sounded. In this case, luck wasn’t on the side of the Wolfpack as the buzzer sounded, giving the victory to the Lady Tigers.
