Residents throughout Elgin will be having visitors this Saturday as area Scout Troop 167 will be going door-to-door letting them know about an upcoming food drive. On Saturday, April 12 the troop will stop by these same homes to pick up items for the Antelope County Food Pantry. Despite wording on the door hangers, ALL items will stay locally. Residents can leave their items in a bag by their front door and the troop members will pick them up.
Troop 167 is comprised of boys from Elgin and Neligh.
