Representatives from Antelope County, Invenergy LLC, OPPD and Governor Dave Heineman were in Elgin this morning (Wednesday, June 25). They, along with land owners and other invited guests, celebrated the official opening of the Prairie Breeze Wind Energy Farm Operations Center.
