Rate Increases, New Water Well to be Topics for Public Hearing

City Clerk Vicki Miller said the Council will hold the public hearing on Monday, November 5, by which time they should have heard back from the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality on possible state funds available to the community to offset costs for the creation of a new city well.
