Public Hearing For Upstream Wind Energy Permit To Be May 24

A time, a date and a location has been set for a public hearing to decide whether or not Antelope County’s newest proposed wind farm will one day become a reality.

Thirteen days from today, on Tuesday, May 24, beginning at 9 a.m. at the American Legion building in Neligh, supervisors will hear comments both in favor and against the proposed farm.
