Progress Made on New Law Enforcement Center

Meeting last week, the Antelope County Board of Supervisors again dealt with issues involving construction of a new law enforcement center.
More than a year away from completion, much of the focus is on the necessary steps before work can begin on construction of a 20-bed, $6 million law enforcement center.
During their meeting Tuesday morning, April 2, the supervisors approved the selection of persons to serve on the Law Enforcement Center Construction Managers Selection Committee. Appointed were John Meuret, Tim Good, supervisors Jerald Schwager, Charles Henery and LeRoy Kerkman, Sheriff Bob Moore and Prochaska & Associates. They will play an active role in the selection of construction managers for the project.
