Approved adding the Energy Sustainability Plan to the county Comprehensive Plan.

Approved the 2011/2012 County Official inventories.
Approve the July 3, 2012 and July 10, 2012 regular board minutes, the July 5, 2012 and July 31, 2012 special meeting minutes and the July 17, 2012 Board of Equalization minutes.
Accepted the Payloader bid from Tinsley Grain in the amount of $63,500.00.
Reviewed the sheriff’s July fee report.
Appointed Supervisor Williby as negotiator for the Central Valley Ag road improvement right of way.
Discussed paying Warner Construction for the millings the county has used thus far.
Discussed the ballot language for the bonding of the new law enforcement center.
Discussed the next phase of the new law enforcement center project with Prochaska and Associates.
