Presentation by representative of Applied Connective. Approved continuation of IT Contract.
Approved agenda.
Approved minutes of January 8th, 2019 meeting. Tabled February 5th, 2019 minutes.
Correspondence and Pledge Collateral was reviewed. Treasurers Fund Balance and Fee Reports reviewed.
Approved four (4) liquor license.
Zoning Administrator Report was heard.
Public Hearing One- and Six-Year Road Plan. Approved Plan.
Public Hearing Closing 835th Road.
Met as Board of Equalization.
Approved two (2) Core of Engineers Reports.
Approved NDOR utilizing/closing a portion of 851st Road during Highway bridge repairs.
Approved advertising for gravel, asphalt, culverts and armor coating.
Met with NACO representative regarding benefits/self-insurance.
Decommissioning Plan tabled. Ice throw was discussed.
Met with representative regarding follow-up on Sheriff’s audit report.
Approved Sheriff Fees.
Jail Standards, reports and letters regarding procedures were voiced.
Road Superintendent report was heard. Approved change to job title.
Approval of payroll claims.
Approved secure emails for county officials/employees.
Various issues with offices and security discussed.
Met in executive session regarding personnel matters/Royal bridge.
Approved retaining Woods & Aitken regarding personnel issues.
