Correspondence was reviewed. Semi-Annual Report and Three (3) Year Delinquent Report.
Clerk of the District Court & Sheriff January Fee Reports were reviewed. Zoning Permit Report.
Discussed AV Equipment for Meeting Room, secure emails for county officials/employees and IT contract.
Approved VSO request for funds for display.
Approve payment of unemployment claim.
Appointed clerk as NIRMA Contact Person.
Discussed self-funded medical insurance options.
Discussed ice slinging from wind turbines and WIOM.
Zoning Administrator Report was heard.
Met with representatives regarding Benefit Bundling.
Road Superintendent Report – Royal & Pierce Road repairs. Tree issues going well. Changed job title.
Approved one (1) underground permit.
Oakdale Lot Purchase Contract was shared.
Motion to purchase reflectometer.
Made appointment to NENEDD Board.
Approved Depositories in Antelope County Banks for 2019.
Cell phones for County Officials was discussed.
Resolution regarding Finance Committee access was discussed.
Approved two (2) promotional grants and one (1) improvement grant.
2018-2019 Audit was discussed.
Discussed HHS office. Budget report was requested monthly.
