Zoning Administrator report was heard.
Met with representative from Washington National Insurance.
Heard Quarterly Weed Superintendent report.
Permit to move structure was approved.
Correspondence was reviewed.
Acquisition Contracts for permanent easement were approved for 523rd Ave and 841st Road.
Public Hearing for the closing of 515th Avenue. No action taken.
Highway Superintendent met to discuss expansion of 515th Avenue to Highway 275. No action.
Heath Snodgrass met to discuss a possible stop sign on the corner of 858th Road and 518th Ave, motion to study.
Road Boss Report. Approved purchase of road packer, trailer, dump truck, and maintainer.
Approved Blue Cross/Blue Shield coverage for the 2017-2018 fiscal year.
Denied deductible buydown for 2017-2018 fiscal year.
No action taken on Cash in lieu payment.
Approved notice to be published regarding county right of way.
Met with Invenergy personnel regarding the update of the roads in the Road Use Agreement.
Approved Wage and Hour Differential Resolution for R&B employees.
