Those responding to roll call: Schindler, Koinzan, Henery, Bolling, Williby, Kerkman and Schwager.
Reviewed correspondence and receipts.
Approved payroll.
No action on Sprinkler Dry Valve.
Approved transfer of funds from General to Road/Bridge and Diversion.
Approved 4 underground road permits.
Met with the Veterans Service Committee regarding hiring replacement.
Met with constituent regarding maintenance of 524th Avenue between 839th and 840th Roads.
Approved NBCS Document Certification.
Approved Change order on the Elgin Bridge Site #2.
Approved Highway Superintendent to complete bridge inspections.
Insurance and claim payment was discussed. Approved the General Release of claims against bridge damage by Mullen Transport to be signed once all payments received.
Approved Klabenes Construction Pay Application.
Reviewed wages on current salaried employees not meeting minimum Federal Standards.
Heard Road Boss Report. Approved Road/Bridge winter hours to five (5) – eight (8) hour days during the cold months, and continue comp time.
Discussed Topkote bill. No action.
Heard Zoning Administrator report.
Reviewed Rand Acoustics report of the wind study analysis by Hankard Environmental.
Tabled approving minutes until next meeting.
