Approved the Old Mill Bridge agreement.

Set the road closing hearing for January 10, 2012 at 10:30 AM for a road located between Section 15 and 16, Neligh Township.

Did not sign the contract with Marvin Planning Consultants for zoning regulation updates.

Reviewed the One and Six Year Road Program for 2012.

Asked the highway superintendent to conduct a stop sign study for the intersection of 514 Avenue and 858 Road, Garfield Township.

Authorized the county clerk to advertise for bids for a new or used Payloader.

Hired an individual for the Clearwater road department.

Meeting adjourned.
