Those responding to roll call: Brandt, Kerkman, Baker, Williby, and Schwager. Bolling and Henery appeared later.
Accepted the bid from the American Legion Club for the snow blower.
Discussed the Old Mill Bridge agreement.
Reviewed correspondence.
Supervisors Kerkman, Williby and Schwager will conduct the 4th quarter jail inspection.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Certification of County Highway Superintendent form.
Decided not to rent out the old Tilden shop beginning 1-1-2012.
Set the official county papers for 2012.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Letter Agreement for the Needs Assessment Study with Prochaska & Associates.
Decided to re-test the courthouse annex basement for Radon.
Approved the Clearwater and Oakdale law enforcement agreements.
Approved two applications for permit to place permanent electric lines beneath roads within Antelope County.
Approved sending a letter to the Village of Orchard regarding law enforcement.
No action taken on First Municipal Leasing.
Approved renting the garage space from Ruth Ann Rodgers.
Approved the November 1, 2011 and November 8, 2011 board minutes.
Discussed the order of restitution State of Nebraska vs. Andrew R. Cleveland.
Discussed repairing Clearwater barns 950 loader.
Approved deeding lots 13, 14 and 15, City of Neligh to the Antelope County Historical Society.
Approved the resolution authorizing the chairman to sign the Engineering Services Agreement with Mainellie Wagner & Associates regarding the Orchard South Bridge Project.
Approved the resolution authorizing the chairman to sign the Assisting Public Entity, the Nebraska Local Public Agency Task Order Agreement for the Orchard South Bridge Project.
Approved the resolutions authorizing the chairman to sign the preliminary engineering services agreement upon completion of negotiations between NDOR and the selected design consultant and the NEPA services agreement upon completion of negotiations between NDOR and the selected NEPA consultant for the Tilden North Bridge Project.
Reviewed job applications for the Clearwater barn.
