Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Kerkman, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager.
Reviewed correspondence.
Authorized the custodian to get quotes on a new snow blower for the courthouse.
Discussed renting the garage space at 507 N Street to store the county skidloader in.
Approved the permit to place a permanent electric line beneath 515 Avenue between Section 11 and 12, Clearwater Township.
Approved the permit to place a permanent pipe line beneath 513 Avenue in Section 4, Sherman Township.
Accepted the quote from Klabenes Construction for the Brunswick Northeast culvert installation project.
Approved the October 4, 2011 and October 11, 2011 regular board minutes and the October 4, 2011 Board of Equalization minutes.
Approved selling the extra 5 yard dump truck box to the City of Tilden for $500.00.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Task Order Agreement between Antelope County and the Nebraska Department of Roads for Project No. ER-2580(2) Tilden North.
Appointed Jerry Finkral to run the new asphalt recycling machine.
Appointed Bruce Forbes to the Antelope County Airport Authority board.
Approved interviewing Prochaska and Associates at the November 8, 2011 meeting regarding the Needs Assessment Study for the county jail; Steve Eveans, Architect was chosen as the alternate firm.
Authorized the chairman to sign the resolution extending the county’s commitment to participate in NIRMA and NIRMA II (the county’s liability and workers compensation insurance carrier) beginning July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015.
Authorized the county highway superintendent to conduct a road closing study on 525 Avenue between Sections 15 and 16, Neligh Township.
