Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Kerkman, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager.
Approved allowing the County Judges office share the office space in the SW corner of the main floor of the old courthouse with the Health and Human Services office for conferences.
Recessed at 9:10 AM to convene as a county board of equalization; reconvened as a regular board at 9:25 AM.
Approved purchasing two more V-plows from Nebraska Machinery of Norfolk.
Tabled setting the fee for ag use permits.
Approved two applications for permits to place electric lines beneath county roads.
County Government Day will be October 6, 2011.
Reviewed correspondence.
Discussed the old fire hall rental.
Accepted the low bid from Midwest Services and Sales to furnish culverts for the Brunswick Northeast Project.
Accepted the low bid from Rutjens Construction for the Oakdale East Bridge Project; pending review of the bid numbers.
Accepted the low bid from A & R Construction for FEMA Site 4-1 Airport Road pavement project; pending review of the bid numbers.
Authorized the Chairman to sign Change Order No. 1, Application for Payment No. 1 (Final) and the Recommendation of Acceptance for the Neligh Northeast Project.
Adopted the resolution authorizing the Chairman to sign the Project Program Agreement for Tilden North Project No. ER-2580(2).
Approved having Antelope County Highway Superintendent Brian McDonald conduct the 2011 bridge inspections at $120.00 per bridge.
Reviewed the job applications; no action taken.
