January 4, 2016
The Elgin City Council met in regular session on Monday, January 4, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., pursuant to posted notice. Due to the absence of Mayor Schmitt, President of the Council Don Mackel called the meeting to order, and announced the location of the Open Meeting Act.
Councilmen present were Jim Kittelson, Duane Miller and Mike Dvorak.
