December 7, 2015
The Elgin City Council met in regular session on Monday, December 7, 2015, at 7:30 p.m., pursuant to posted notice.  Mayor Schmitt called the meeting to order, and announced the location of the Open Meeting Act.
Mayor Schmitt also called to order the reorganizational meeting at 7:45 p.m.
Councilmen present were Jim Kittelson, Duane Miller and Don Mackel.  Mike Dvorak arrived at 7:40 p.m.

• Sheriff’s Department’s October Report—109 hours and 41 minutes and 2 911 calls
• Incumbent filing of February 16, 2016 and Non-incumbent filing of March 1, 2016
• Next regular meeting will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016
• Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
