Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Schwager, Baker, Williby, Henery and Kerkman.
Approved the resolution offering 525 Avenue between Sections 15 and 16, Neligh Township to the Neligh Township board.
Tabled the Payloader bids until August 14, 2012.
Approved the zoning regulation updates; tabled the comprehensive plan updates.
Approved building a new 30 cell jail.
Approved the interlocal agreements with the Brunswick, Tilden, Neligh, Orchard and Clearwater Libraries.
Denied the township and fire district preliminary levies.
Set the road closing hearing date for closing the west ½ mile of 867 Road located between Sections 18 and 19, Eden Township for September 4, 2012 at 9:00 AM.
Discussed selling surplus items through Stock Auction; no action taken.
Re-appointed Merlin Maple to the Antelope County Veteran Service Committee.
Reviewed the District Seven Probation year end report and the departmental budget request of 2012/2013.
Approved the Class C Liquor License renewal for Antelope Country Club.
Approved the underground permit to place a permanent pipeline beneath 845 Road in Section 2 of Burnett Township.
Reviewed the sheriff’s yearly income report, the clerk of the district court July fee report and the Veterans Aid Fund annual report for fiscal year 2011/2012.
Approved hiring Robert Schleusener for the Clearwater road department.
Reviewed correspondence.
Supervisors Williby, Schwager and Kerkman conducted the 3rd quarter jail inspection.
