Casey Dittrich, road boss, met with the Board regarding various equipment and employee issues.
Approved advertising for bids on gravel, culverts, asphalt, mud rock, asphalt oil, armor coating.
Met with various interested parties regarding various concerns with wind towers and decibel levels regarding same, and icing conditions on towers. Discussion on recusing individuals from discussion and voting on issues of financial gain. No action.
Met with Mark Smith, Planning and Commission Board President, regarding past issues and future endeavors of wind tower projects. No action.
Various county office reports were reviewed and put on file.
Correspondence was reviewed.
County Attorney, Joe Abler, discussed the tax foreclosure proceedings, recommending all or none be foreclosed.
Approved the agreement with First Concord Benefit Group regarding HSA, and deductible buy down.
Approved liquor license for Grove Lake Bait Shop, Plainview Country Club, Summerland Golf Course & Mr. S’s.
Approved Board Minutes and CBOE Minutes of January 5, and 12, 2016.
