Approved appointing Supervisor Schwager and Supervisor Williby Chairman and Vice Chairman for 2016.
Set and approved Holidays for 2016.
Set and appointed committees for 2016.
Approved road district for 2016 with no changes.
Met as BOE, and approved Truck and Trailer Repair Conditional Use Permit.
Authorized County Treasurer to invest funds for 2016.
Heard Veterans Service Officers Quarterly Report.
Reviewed correspondence, and various receipts.
Tabled fee setting Policy for fees in Clerks Office and Weed Board.
Approved a blanket Fund Transfer Authorization form for 2016.
Authorized County Treasurer, Assessor and Clerk to study and establish a Leave Sharing Policy.
Approved Livestock Friendly County with the Nebraska Department of Agriculture, and signed resolution.
Authorized Building Committee to assess and repair county office curtains/dividers.
Antelope County Road Boss discussed various machine and equipment, repairs and personnel issues.
Delinquent tax list was reviewed.  Approved sending seven (7) parcels to foreclosure.  No action on other parcels.
Approved advertising for Audit Bids.
Approved three (3) underground permits.
Completed quarterly jail inspection.
Approved $1500.00 Improvement Claim for Elgin Community Foundation.
Clerk of the District Court December Fee Report, County Treasurer December Fund Balance Report, County Treasurer December Miscellaneous Fee Report, Sheriff’s December Fee Report, October-November Commissary Accout was reviewed and put on file.
Approved having Highway Superintendent let bids for Project 318.
