General discussion claims.  Approved JJK Claim – paid 90% retained 10% on highway superintendent’s recommendation.
Heard two (2) public hearings.
Reviewed Clerk of District Courts November Fee Report, Sheriff’s November Fee Report, Treasurer’s November Miscellaneous Fee Report, and Treasurer’s November Fund Balance Fee Report.
Reappointed Supervisor Kerkman to Northeast Nebraska Area Agency on Aging.
Approved clerk to send Source Gas a request for permit and payment for underground permit.
Approve billing Municipalities for bridge inspections.
Approved all four (4) papers, The Elgin Review, The Neligh News and Leader, The Orchard News and Clearwater Record as official County Newspapers for 2016.
Supervisor Schwager has specs for trailer.  Will advertise for trailer when specs are complete.
Discussed personnel issues and assignment of duties.
Voted to set a public hearing on January 5, 2016 to make Antelope County a Livestock Friendly County through Nebraska Department of Ag.
David Henery met with the supervisors regarding the hiring of road boss.  No action.
Met with Casey Dittrich regarding salary and benefit package, duties and expectations.  Approved salary and benefits.  Will discuss duties and expectations on January 5, 2016.
Approved a resolution authorizing the Treasurer to accept partial payments of delinquent taxes.
Approved purchasing a pickup for District 4.
