Correspondence was reviewed.
Mailing Machine contract tabled.
Approved extermination contract from O’Neill Pest Control.
Treasurer’s Fund Balance Report and Miscellaneous Fee Report was reviewed and put on file.
Approved Minutes of September 1st, 8th, and 15th, 2015.
Tabled BC/BS Dental Resolution.
Opened cement quotes for parking lot.
Public Hearing was held on Wind Tower regulations. Approved regulations as recommended by Planning and Zoning Board.
August Commissary Account activity report was reviewed and put on file.
Discussion held on AWD repair and maintenance.
Letter from Berggren Architect was reviewed – no action.
Reviewed resolution from Extension Office.
Reviewed road boss applications. Interviews to be set up for November 3, 2015.
Discussed options for Drug Screening facility.
Approved Sheriff Contract for Clearwater.
Discussed options for old jail/museum site. Possible auction.
Discussed Armor Coating and feasibility of purchasing of county owned equipment. No action.
Made a motion to adopt Prairie Breeze Plan Approvals.
Approved purchase of a Motor Grader through CAT.
Karr Tuckpointing discussed tuck-pointing of old courthouse.
