Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Schwager, Baker, Williby, Henery and Kerkman.
Heard and update from Invenergy.
Heard from several individuals regarding the cost of the Payloader.
Discussed the Keystone Pipeline with TransCanada Representative Jeff Rauh.
Adopted the resolution closing a segment of 513 Avenue to engine breaking starting approximately 1/2 mile north of the intersection of 862 Road to approximately 1/2 mile south of the intersection.
Adopted the resolution adding Project No. C-2(363), Brunswick Northeast to the One and Six Year Road Program.
No action taken on gating 525 Avenue between Section 15 and 16, Neligh Township.
Reviewed correspondence.
Approved three applications for permits to place permanent electric lines beneath various roads within Antelope County.
Appointed Robert E. Moore as the Deputy Emergency Manager for Antelope County.
Approved purchasing Catastrophic Inmate Medical Insurance from Hunt Insurance Group LLC in the amount of $2760.00 annually.
No action taken on purchasing radio’s for the county barns.
Approved the February 7 and 14, 2012 regular board minutes and the February 14, 2012 Board of Equalization minutes.
Approved the request from Bargain Buyways in the amount of $300.00 from the Promotional Fund.
Reviewed the bid spec sheets for gravel, culverts, blades, asphalt oil and armor coating of roads.
Reviewed the treasurer’s fund balance report and the miscellaneous fee report for February.
Put Supervisor’s Schwager and Williby in charge of overseeing the asphalt recycling machine.
Approved the purchase of an air post drive for the road department.
