Approved Heritage Bank, Brunswick State Bank and Bank of Orchard as depositories for county funds for 2012.

Authorized the County Treasurer to invest county funds.

Signed the authorization for county clerk to transfer funds for 2012.

Re-appointed the Veteran Service Officer, Weed Control Authority Superintendent and the County Surveyor to their respective offices.

Re-appointed Matt Klabenes and Ron Rice to the Planning Commission board.

Reviewed correspondence.

Reviewed several fee reports.

Supervisor’s Williby, Baker and Kerkman conducted the 1st quarter jail inspection.

Tabled the Payloader bids until February 7, 2012 at 9:30 AM.

Held a road closing hearing; tabled until February 7, 2012 at 9:45 AM.

Set the One and Six Year Road hearing for February 7, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
