Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Kerkman, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager. Brandt appeared later.
Heard from representatives with the NE Nebraska RC&D Council and re-appointed Jerry Fields to the board.
Reinstated the Arbor Day holiday for all employees.
Reviewed correspondence.
Approved the liquor license of Grove Lake Bait Shop, Summerland Golf Club, Plainview Country Club, and Mr. S’s.
Reviewed the sheriff’s December fee report.
Approved selling a tract of land located in the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 21, Frenchtown Township.
Authorized the chairman to sign the agreement with the Nebraska Department of Roads to tie out and re-monument survey and witness corners for project AFE-C003.
Approved the permit to move structure submitted by Scribs Moving.
Approved two underground permits.
Approved the January 7, 2014, and January 14, 2014 regular board minutes and the January 14, 2014 Board of Equalization minutes.
Discussed repairs needed to the old courthouse.
Adopted the One and Six Year Road Program for 2014.
Conducted job interviews.
Meeting adjourned.
