Reviewed correspondence.
Recessed as a county board as 10:00 AM to convene as a county board of equalization; reconvened as a regular board at 10:07 AM.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Wellness Partners agreement.
Reviewed various office reports.
Heard an update from Invenergy regarding the wind towers.
