Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Kerkman, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager.
Reviewed correspondence.
Amended the resolution changing the public hearing date for the consideration to vacate or abandon the east ¾ mile of 859 Road between 517 and 518 Avenue, Royal Township to December 10, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Discussed random drug testing for all county employees.
Approved the application for permit to place 2 utility poles in the county right of way.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Certification of County Highway Superintendent form for determining the 2013 Incentive funds.
Reviewed the sheriff’s income report.
Discussed going to a commissioner form of government and hiring a highway superintendent.
Authorized the highway superintendent to conduct the bridge inspections.
Reviewed the One and Six Year Road Program for 2014.
Heard from Keystone XL Project Representative Franc Fennessy.
Reviewed the job applications.
Meeting adjourned.
