Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Kerkman, Baker, Henery and Schwager. Williby appeared later. Brandt absent.
Approved the Source Gas Service Line Agreement for the new law enforcement facility.
Approved the application for permit to place a permanent gas line beneath L Street for the new law enforcement facility.
Reviewed various office reports for September.
Re-appointed members to the Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustments.
Approved the October 1, 2013 and October 8, 2013 regular board minutes and the October 8, 2013 Board of Equalization minutes.
Approved the request from the Neligh Baseball Boosters for funds from the Improvement Grant.
Authorized the county clerk to advertise for a full time road employee for the Clearwater District.
Reviewed correspondence.
Authorized the chairman to sign the NBCS forms.
Accepted all bids for the FEMA 2014 gravel and sand delivered.
Accepted the bid from Rutjens Construction for the Old Mill Bridge pedestrian railing.
Authorized the chairman to sign the resolution for issuance of the new law enforcement bonds.
Meeting adjourned.
