A complete record of these minutes as well as all resolutions and agreements are on file at the County Clerk’s office and are open to the public.
Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Kerkman, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager.
Authorized the county clerk to advertise for bids for the pedestrian railing on the Old Mill Bridge.
Authorized the county clerk to advertise for bids for material and labor on the FEMA alternate projects.
Authorized the county highway superintendent to conduct a road study of the east half of 859 Road between Sections 29 and 32, Royal Township.
Approved the base bid construction cost total with the addition of alternate projects 2, 5 and 6; total construction costs $5,075,148.00 for the new law enforcement facility.
Reviewed correspondence.
Authorized the chairman to sign the agreements and notices to proceed for the 516 Ave Grading and Erosion Control project and the Tilden Northwest – 532 Road project.
Authorized the chairman to sign the law enforcement agreement between Antelope County and the Village of Oakdale.
Authorized the chairman to sign the dispatch services agreement between Antelope County and the City of Neligh.
Approved two permits to place permanent electric lines beneath 835 Road, Cedar Township.
Approved the September 3, 2013 and September 10, 2013 regular board minutes.
Authorized the chairman to sign the resolutions allowing Burnett Township and Neligh Township to fall under the county levy for  the 2013/2014 fiscal year.
