Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Kerkman, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager.
Authorized the chairman to sign the change order and pay request from A&R Construction for the 516 Avenue Roadway improvements.
Discussed the Ag Society using county equipment during fair time.
No action taken on the donation to Northeast Community College for the extended campus at O’Neill.
Approved the masonry repairs to the old courthouse.
No action taken on listing items for sale through Stock Auction.
Authorized the county clerk to advertise for bids for the sale of county vehicles.
Supervisors Baker, Kerkman and Schwager conducted the 3rd quarter jail inspection.
No action taken on the purchase of a packer for the road department.
Approved two right of way purchases.
Approved placing another culvert under 836 Road.
Recessed at 10:00 AM to convene as a Board of Equalization; reconvened as a regular board at 10:06.
Discussed various road projects with the county highway superintendent.
