Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Schwager, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager.
Approved 7 applications for permits to place permanent pipelines/electrical lines beneath various roads within Antelope County.
No action taken on the auditors report.
Approved the February 5, and 12, 2013 regular minutes and the February 12, 2013 Board of Equalization minutes.
Adopted the resolution for relaxation of minimum design standards on the Old Mill Bridge.
Accepted all gravel, culvert and blade bids.
Reviewed three pickup quotes.
Approved allowing Chairman Schwager to sign the NEMA and FEMA contracts.
Renewed the inmate medical coverage with Hunt Insurance Group.
No action taken on the old courthouse masonry repairs.
Supervisors Williby, Kerkman and Schwager conducted the 1st quarter jail inspection.
Accepted all armor coating bids.
No action taken on the Interlocal agreement for emergency services with the Village of Oakdale.
Reviewed correspondence.
Awarded the asphalt oil bid to Jebro.
Adopted the resolution selecting the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) contract delivery system for the new law enforcement center.
Accepted the policies for entering into a CMAR contract.
Authorized the county clerk to advertise for request for proposals for the Construction Management services for the construction of a law enforcement center.
Approved the purchase of Lots 1 and 4 of the County Addition to the City of Neligh contingent upon the city vacating the alley that runs through the property.
