No action taken on the maintenance agreement with the Village of Oakdale.
Approved the agreement with the City of Neligh for storage of materials for the Old Mill Bridge repairs.
Approved restoring the north approach to the Old Mill Bridge once repairs have been completed.
Appointed Tim Knuth to the Antelope County Airport Authority board.
Discussed purchasing a pickup for the road department.
Approved sending a letter to NACO regarding the inheritance tax.
No action taken on the Invenergy easement.
Recessed at 10:04 AM to convene as a Board of Equalization; reconvened as a regular board at 10:07 AM.
Approved the Weed Control site for the new jail facility.
Authorized the chairman to sign the contract with Prochaska & Associates.
Approved the schematic design for the new jail facility.
Authorized Sheriff Moore to negotiate the purchase price for the lots south of the Weed Control site with the land owner.
