Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Kerkman, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager.
Approved 4 permits to place permanent electric lines beneath various roads within Antelope County.
Approved the Resolution by Board of Directors of Depository Bank for Bank of Orchard, Bank of Elgin and The Tilden Bank.
Approved the December 3, 2012, December 10, 2012, January 2, 2013, January 8, 2013 regular board minutes; and the December 26, 2012 special board minutes.
Reviewed the county sheriff and clerk of the district court January fee reports.
Approved the job description for the clerical help for the Antelope County Extension office.
Approved the Grove Lake Bait Shop, Mr. S’s, Plainview Country Club and the Summerland Golf Club liquor licenses.
Designated the Orchard News, Clearwater Record, Elgin Review, the Neligh News and Leader and the county website as official methods for giving notice of the Antelope County board meetings.
Reviewed correspondence.
Adopted the One & Six Year Road Program for 2013.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Notice of Award, the Standard Form of Agreement and the Notice to Proceed with Theisen Construction, Inc. for the Old Mill Bridge repairs.
Authorized the County Highway Superintendent to attend the NDOR meeting and request relaxation standards for the Old Mill Bridge.
Authorized the chairman to sign the agreement with Sam Schwager allowing access cross his property to the Old Mill Bridge.
No action taken on the maintenance agreement with the Village of Oakdale.
