Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Schwager, Baker, Williby, Henery and Kerkman.
Did not hear from the RC&D Council.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Notice to Proceed and Agreement with A&R Construction for the 516th Avenue Roadway Improvement project.
Heard from several individuals regarding the new jail facility.
Reviewed correspondence.
Rescinded the motion to build a 30 bed jail facility.
Designated the county newspapers for 2013.
Reviewed the Interlocal Agreement submitted by the Village of Oakdale for maintenance services.
Authorized the chairman to sign the agreement with the State of Nebraska to tie out and remonument land survey corners for the Creighton South Highway Project.
Accepted the 2011/2012 annual report from the Antelope County UNL Extension office.
Approved 4 permit applications to place permanent lines beneath various roads within Antelope County.
Reviewed the November clerk of the district court fee report.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Commercial Guaranty papers for the new 4H building with Antelope County as the Guarantor, Antelope County Agricultural Society as the Borrower and Pinnacle Bank as the Lender.
Appointed Kurt Rakow, Mark Smith and Dave Miller to the Planning Commission board.
