Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Schwager, Baker, Williby, Henery and Kerkman.
Heard from B-D Construction regarding the new jail facility, no action taken.
Approved two applications for permit to place electric lines beneath various roads within Antelope County.
Received the road closing study for closing 526th Avenue between 863 and 864 Road; set the road closing hearing for January 8, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Road and Bridge Contracts and Certification reports.
Approved having JEO Consulting do the construction observation for the Central Valley Ag road project.
No action taken on the A&R Construction notice to proceed and construction agreement.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Certification of County Highway Superintendent for determining incentive payments between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012.
Reviewed correspondence.
Reviewed the sheriff’s October fee report.
Re-appointed Chairman Kerkman to the Goldenrod Hills Community Action board.
Approved purchasing 7 radio’s for the county owned pickups.
Approved purchasing a grapple fork for the Neligh barn.
Heard a request for additional courtroom security.
Approved transferring $300,000.00 from the Inheritance fund to the General Fund if needed.
Approved the November 5, 2012 and November 13, 2012 county board minutes.
No action taken on the Antelope County Resource Center funding claim.
Approved the second half of the Nebraska Association of County Officials dues.
Approved the postage claim.
