Those responding to roll call:  Bolling, Schindler, Koinzan, Kerkman, Williby, Henery, and Schwager.
Heard 12 protests.  Assessor presented 3 Year Plan of Assessment. No Tax Roll Corrections were presented.  Reviewed Valuation Report and approved corrections.
Richard Sanne protest for parcel 00048300 reviewed; accepted assessor’s recommendation to lower house value; land value no change.
Richard Sanne protest for parcel 000549000 reviewed; accepted assessor’s recommendation to leave land value as notified.  Land is assessed according to market value.
Kaleb Finch protest for parcel 000239800 reviewed; accepted county assessor’s recommendation of house value decrease, land no change; because of building adjustments assessed according to market value.
Stanley J. Sojka, Jr. protest for parcel 000675200 reviewed; accepted assessor’s recommendation of no change to land value, assessed according to market value.
Brent Pickrel protest for parcel 00060100 reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendation of no change is assessed according to market value.
Mark Hoffart protest for parcel 000409903 reviewed, accepted assessors recommendation of lowering house value, and no change to land value; is assessed according to market value.
Larry Hansen protest for parcel 00044270000 reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendation to a slight decrease in land value due to land use and to equalize with market area values.
Sanne Farms, LLC/Michael and Becky Sanne protest for parcel 000351900 reviewed; accepted county assessor’s recommendation of a slight decrease due to land use change; currently assessed according to market value.
Edward and Anne Hemenway protest for parcel 000471802 reviewed; accepted county assessor’s recommendation to deceased value due to land use and  to market value equalization.
Dawn Smith protest for parcel 000232700 reviewed; accepted county assessor’s recommendation of no change is at current market value.
Chris VanEgmond protest for parcel 000410000 reviewed; accepted assessor’s recommendation of no change.  Parcel is assessed according to land use and market area sales.
Robert Snodgrass protest for parcel 000583300 reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendations to increase value according to property record card corrections.
