Elected Supervisor Schwager as Chairman and Supervisor Williby as Vice Chairman for 2013.
Approved the Holidays and committee’s for 2013.
Approved all banks in Antelope County as depositories for county funds.
Authorized the county treasurer to invest funds for 2013.
Approved allowing the county clerk to transfer funds between the General Fund, Road and Bridge and Weed Control Fund for 2013.
Approved the depository securities from the Heritage Bank, Pinnacle Bank, and Brunswick State Bank for 2013.
Re-appointed the Bruce Ofe as Antelope County Weed Control Superintendent, Ron Marshall as Antelope County Veteran Service Officer, LaVern Schroeder as Antelope County Surveyor and Char Carpenter as Antelope County Zoning Administrator for 2013.
Reviewed correspondence.
Received the 4th quarter report from the Veterans Service Officer.
Heard and update from NE Nebraska RC&D Council representatives.
Appointed Kerk Knapp and Mike Hart to the Antelope County Extension board for a 3 year term.
Discussed selling the Ford tractor.
Reviewed the December miscellaneous fee report and the treasurer’s fund balance report.
Set the hearing date for the One and Six Year Road Program.
Approved offering 526th Avenue between Sections 2 and 3, Ellsworth Township.
Heard from Nebraska Public Power District representatives regarding the transmission line upgrade.
Opened the Old Mill Bridge bids; tabled until February 5, 2013.
Approved the Prairie Breeze Wind Energy LLC conditional use permit.
