Those responding to roll call: Brandt, Kerkman, Schindler, Williby, Bolling, Henery and Schwager.
Barb Finn talked with the board about old surveying records & equipment in basement.  We will contact the museum to see if they are interested
Approved two underground permits for Doug Coulter.
Dean Bly with the City of Neligh asked for the Counties help with the Tire Amnesty being planned this summer.
Approved commissioner voting districts for 2017.
Appointed Branstiter to safety committee.
Approved rehire of Lynn Wilkinson as part-time help District 4.
Discussed with MIPS regarding time clocks.
Correspondence was reviewed.
Bob Moore discussed with the board the fiber optic contract.
Discussed purchasing Back up cameras for various county equipment.
One and Six Year County Road Program Hearing was held.  Discussion on Royal Road.  No changes.  Approved as submitted.
Approved resolution for stop sign placement at intersection of 532nd Avenue and 870th Road..
Heard 4th quarter Veterans Service Officer report.
Appointed Dianne Bolling to the Advisory Board for the Northeast Nebraska Area on Aging.
Approved District 6 to get bids on a pickup for district.
Approved pay increase of $.30 an hour for Part-time road employees.
Discussed Road Boss position.  Appointed Henery, Schwager, and Schindler to the committee to research and form job description for a Road Boss.
Discussed purchase of 10 yard trucks and 20 yard trailer.  Approved gathering bids for a trailer.
