Pope John, St. Boniface Schools to Open Next Week

Pope John XXIII Central Catholic Junior-Senior High School is ready to welcome back students for the 2012-2013 school year.
The first day of classes at the school will be Wednesday, Aug. 15. School will begin at 8:05 a.m. and dismiss at 1 p.m. The first full day of classes will be Thursday, Aug. 16.
There will be two new teachers at the junior/senior high this year. Rachel Becker will teach music, replacing Courtney Billesbach who taught last year. Teaching American history and physical education will be Benjamin Spiegel. He replaces Brad Cornell.
St. Boniface Elementary
St. Boniface Elementary School will open its’ doors to students on Friday, Aug. 17. That will be the first day of classes. School will begin at 8:05 a.m. and dismiss at 3:45 p.m.
New instructors at the school this year will be Rachel Becker as the music instructor, Scott Becker will teach fifth and sixth grade and Heather Veik will teach first and second grade.
On Tuesday night, Aug. 14, a meeting for parents of Pope John and St. Boniface students will be held at 8 p.m.
