PJCC Second, EHS Third At NVC-East Speech Competition

Pope John finished second and Elgin High School took third at the Niobrara Valley Conference – East Speech competition held Monday at Niobrara.
Clearwater/Orchard won the competition with 311 points, Pope John was second with 236 followed by Elgin High with 211, Verdigre finished fourth with 191 points and Ewing had 140 points.
