It took till 10:54 p.m. Monday night for the winner of the first week of the Elgin Review Football Contest to be crowned.
With Miami’s four-point victory over Florida State coming on the last play of the game, Evan Parks won the contest as he was the only contestant to miss five games. For his effort, he will receive the $25 first prize.
