NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Interested parties may contact the City of Elgin office for a description of work to be done in the Fire Hall meeting room update. Bids due by 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 3, 2014 and will be opened at the regular meeting to be held at 7:30 p.m. The City of Elgin has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
