NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ANTELOPE COUNTY
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Notice is hereby given that the Antelope County Board of Supervisors will hold two public hearings on November 8, 2011 beginning at 10:45 am. The first hearing will be for an amendment to the Zoning Regulations to change acreage requirements for a home or dwelling from 1 acre to 3 acres.
The second hearing is for H L Design Build and CVA for a conditional use permit to construct a Grain and Agronomy Hub located on the N ½ 7-27-7, Antelope County Nebraska.
The permit and amendment may be examined in the offices of the Antelope County Clerk or the Zoning Administrator during normal business hours at any time prior to the public hearing. All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/or may file written comments with the Antelope County Board of Supervisors provided such written comments are received by the Board prior to close of business on November 4, 2011.
